Welcome to Healing Circle

A sanctuary for survivors. A space to breathe, reflect, and rise.

You’ve already done the hardest thing—you survived. Healing Circle is a quiet space for women and femmes reclaiming their peace after trauma, abuse, or spiritual harm. This is not therapy. This is sacred witness, collective reflection, and soft sisterhood grounded in radical love and interfaith compassion.


Here, we gather. We grieve. We grow.



We believe healing isn’t linear—and you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you’re rebuilding your life, your spirit, or your sense of self, you are welcome here.

What You’ll Find:

A private Facebook group for survivors only (screened for safety)

Weekly journaling prompts, affirmations, and interfaith reflections

Monthly Zoom healing circles (optional, quiet, no pressure)

Special series like Sacred Rage, Still Becoming, and Mothering Ourselves

This space is always free for survivors. You’ve paid enough already.

Facebook Group: Healing Circle

Welcome to Healing Circle

This is a private, gentle space for women and femmes who have survived trauma—especially domestic violence, spiritual abuse, and
toxic relationships.

We are rooted in radical love, soft reflection, interfaith wisdom, and zero tolerance for shame or judgment.  

This is not a place to perform healing. This is a space to experience it—in quiet ways, in sacred pauses, and in the truth of each other’s
stories.

We ask that all members:
Respect confidentiality and boundaries
Avoid advice-giving unless explicitly requested
Speak from the “I”
Honor all faiths (or no faith) with humility and care

What happens here stays here. This is sacred ground.

All new members will be gently screened for safety. If you are in active danger, we will connect you to crisis support and keep this
space protected.
You’re not too broken. You’re not too late. You’re not alone. Welcome home.

First 4 Weeks of Healing Circle Content

Each week follows a simple rhythm:
Monday: Weekly Reflection Prompt
Wednesday: Spiritual Touchpoint (poem, quote, scripture)
Friday: Community Thread (e.g., “What’s one thing that softened you this week?”)  

Week 1 – The Sacred Pause

Prompt: What does rest look like in your life today? What gets in the way of it?


Touchpoint: “Come unto me, all you who are weary... and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28


Community Thread: Where do you feel safest resting?


Week 2 – Naming the Storm

Prompt: What storm have you survived that people don’t see?


Touchpoint: “They tried to bury us. They didn’t know we were seeds.” — Mexican Proverb

Community Thread: What’s one thing you’re proud of surviving, even if it’s messy?

Week 3 – Becoming Again

Prompt: Who are you becoming now that you’re free?


Touchpoint: “You do not have to be good... You only have to let the soft animal of your body love what it loves.” — Mary Oliver


Community Thread: What version of you is emerging now?


Week 4 – Reclaiming Joy

Prompt: When was the last time you laughed from your belly? What sparked it?


Touchpoint: “Joy is an act of resistance.” — Toi Derricotte


Community Thread: Share a joy that surprised you this week.
