I started this work in a Walmart parking lot with $85 to my name, no job, and a wooden cross sold to me by strangers who may have been angels. That moment led me to my knees—and then to my calling. I didn’t build this business from a dream. I built it from a need.

 

I’m Amanda Jason. I’m a queer, biracial, neurodivergent single mom, a survivor, and a former financial advisor who sat on the front lines of racial and gender discrimination in the financial industry. I’ve testified in class actions, raised my hand in rooms that tried to ignore me, and spoken truth in spaces that were never meant for someone like me.

And still—I rise.
Now I help others do the same.
